        We charge a setup fee for the modules in OneJourney that you choose to use. This covers the cost of the team setting up your site, training your team, and guiding you through the whole onboarding process. However, there are no monthly or annual charges. We simply deduct a small percentage at the point of transaction which contributes to the onboarding, maintenance and hosting of the platform, continual improvements and new features, and support if required.

        Quite possibly. If you already have a platform selling items for certain modules (for example, gift vouchers), then we will be able to provide a calculation that will allow you to see how your sales could increase by switching to OneJourney. However, the main reason for switching to OneJourney is to provide guests with an all-in-one booking experience. So rather than save money, we expect you to make more money by encouraging guests to purchase upgrades, or add additional items to their basket that they ordinarily wouldn’t be able to when using a platform selling a single type of item. Additionally, we hope you’ll see productivity improvements for your operational teams, as less time should be spent on the phone.

        No. We don’t lock you into a contract, but ask that you provide 30 days notice if you do wish to leave. Over the years, we’ve had very few clients leave, so we hope you’ll enjoy our software and the service you receive as much as our existing clients do.
