Our team will conduct an onboarding call and run through the entire setup process. We'll also introduce you to our onboarding software - an easy-to-use tool that outlines information required, maps out specific milestones, and even links to handy how-to guides. It also highlights key deadlines and timescales that third parties (and our team) are required to meet, giving you complete transparency from start to finish.

    Once you've completed the onboarding process, our team can begin the OneJourney setup. Our team of experts will take care of all the hard work for you, and the majority of content will be imported directly from your booking engine or channel manager. However, we'll require a few things from your team, such as API keys, to get your systems ready for go-live. Once setup is complete, we'll conduct thorough testing to ensure you're good to go.

      Next comes training. We'll host video calls and training workshops for the hotel staff using the OneJourney system, from those behind the front desk to the teams working in finance and marketing. We'll also give your employees access to our knowledge base which features how-to guides and best practice advice. Then, once you and your teams are ready, we'll go live with your OneJourney platform.

        OneJourney is compatible with some of the world's leading software providers. You can see the full list of partners we work with on our integration partners page.

        No. We don’t lock you into a contract, but ask that you provide 30 days notice if you do wish to leave. Over the years, we’ve had very few clients leave, so we hope you’ll enjoy our software and the service you receive as much as our existing clients do.

        We charge a setup fee for the modules in OneJourney that you choose to use. This covers the cost of the team setting up your site, training your team, and guiding you through the whole onboarding process. However, there are no monthly or annual charges. We simply deduct a small percentage at the point of transaction which contributes to the onboarding, maintenance and hosting of the platform, continual improvements and new features, and support if required.
